I need You so much today Lord…

Thank You for Your Holy Word…

Proverbs 15:33

The fear of the Lord is instruction in wisdom,
and humility comes before honor.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths.

Proverbs 20:9

Who can say, “I have made my heart pure;
I am clean from my sin”?

Psalm 37:27-29

Turn away from evil and do good;
so shall you dwell forever.
For the Lord loves justice;
he will not forsake his saints.
They are preserved forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
The righteous shall inherit the land
and dwell upon it forever.

1 John 2:15-17

Do not love the world or the things in the world.  If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world.  And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.

2 Corinthians 10:17-18

“Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”  For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the Lord commends.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

    10 Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.
    12 ..he does not ignore the cry of the afflicted.
    18 But the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the afflicted ever perish.

    PSALMS 46
    1God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
    2Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,

    Isaiah 45:3 “I will give you the treasures of darkness, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.”
    {the word Darkness here, in both hebrew and greek means depression and despair — there are even treasures in our sadness !
